Opening May 22, 2026. Located in Montignac-Toupinerie, in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne region and just a stone's throw from the *bastide* towns of Miramont-de-Guyenne and Eymet, La Casa Prunella welcomes you to a peaceful, leafy setting. This holiday home—adjoining the owners' residence—combines rustic charm with modern comfort; it is a former wine storehouse that has been carefully renovated with European Union support and features air conditioning in every room, as well as a private, enclosed garden. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway where you can enjoy the spa. Stroll through local traditional markets, explore the area's heritage, discover picturesque villages, and savor the region's culinary specialties.
